· The activities for
development purposes will be a continuous process within the Residency.
· Such activities
will be carried out with the least inconvenience to the Residents. However, in
certain areas of work
or activity, the Residents have to bear with unavoidable
inconvenience, and the same is regretted.
· Residents are required to
keep themselves away from the civil work spot, on safety grounds.
· Annual maintenance work
will be carried out with the minimum inconvenience and on prior intimation.
· During maintenance operation,
on prior intimation there may be a power shut down / temporary stoppage of water
supply for
a fixed duration which the Residents have to bear with.
